Complaints are handled in the following process:

  1. We seek to acknowledge all complaints quickly 
  2. We will then independently assess the complaint with urgency
  3. Plan an investigation
  4. Conduct this
  5. Respond to the complainant with a clear decision as soon as possible
  6. Follow up concerns and make immediate changes as required
  7. Consider if there are any systemic issues that caused a problem
  8. And refer the complaint to an appropriate body if the person who initiated that complaint so desires.
